
Pickstock Partnerships welcomes Russell George AM to Churchstoke
Pickstock Partnerships was delighted to welcome Montgomeryshire Assembly Member Russell George to its new development in Montgomery. Pickstock Homes is developing the Churchstoke scheme on behalf of Mid-Wales Housing Association, which will deliver much needed, new affordable high-quality homes for the region.
Russell’s visit to the development was led by Paul Edwards, NHBC’s Regional Director. The visit highlighted the different types of homes being built and the local amenities that will be available for the residents.
Nick Scott, Director of Pickstock Partnerships, said: “We were delighted to give Russell George AM a guided tour of our site in Churchstoke, where we are working with Mid-Wales Housing Association and NHBC to deliver a high quality scheme of 28 new houses, providing much needed affordable accommodation for local people.”
We have worked with Mid-Wales Housing Association to develop a scheme which achieves a very high standard of accommodation; as well as meeting Lifetime Homes requirements, it also utilises the latest air source heat pump technology to provide housing that is both affordable to run and sustainable for the environment.”
Russell George AM said: “I was delighted meet with the teams at NHBC and Pickstock Partnerships to learn about the work they are doing to provide this 100% affordable new housing scheme, which is great news for the local community. This development will be a fantastic addition to the area; it is imperative that people have access to high quality, affordable homes.”
NHBC Regional Director, Paul Edwards said: “As well as being developed and managed by an NHBC Registered builder, all homes built at the development will benefit from an NHBC insurance and warranty policy.”
