Cae Vyrnwy, Llansantffraid Update!

Houses on our site in Llansantffraid are standing in splendour having had the scaffolding removed, showing beautiful cream and stone semi-detached houses.  The internals and gardens are now being completed and those that have already bought a property are due to move in shortly. There are plots still available to purchase and, now that Pickstock Homes is offering Help to Buy Wales, this is a great incentive to this appealing residential site.

This site named Cae Vyrnwy, which translates into Vyrnwy Fields, named so because of the River Vyrnwy that runs along the outskirts of the village sits, is located in a select development close to the village amenities. Llansantffraid is a great village to buy a home in, with village shops, a petrol garage, pubs, cafe, a hairdressers and restaurants within walking distance of each other.  The village also benefits from being close to local towns and commuter routes. A limited amount of plots are still available so hurry and reserve yours!
