Village life appeals to homebuyers
Recent research by Savills found that village life is hugely appealing to homebuyers, with 35% of all house hunters looking to make the move to a quintessential country village. The high demand for homes in our village developments certainly backs up the findings of the report.
Nearly all homes on our development at Cae Vyrnwy in Llansantffraid have now sold, with just one property left to buy. With a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, separate living room and three spacious bedrooms, this property will make a wonderful family home. This sustainable home features solar PV panels to reduce heating bills – comforting to know in our cold winter months.
Meanwhile, our Irvine Gardens development in St Martins has proved to be hugely popular with homebuyers, and over half of the houses have now been reserved. The show home, which opened in October, showcases the high quality internal specification and finishing touches for which we have become renowned. Our first homebuyers collected their keys and moved into their new homes in November.
Both Cae Vyrnwy and Irvine Gardens are situated within friendly village communities with good schools and local amenities within walking distance. All our homes are available to buy from plan, which means you can choose your kitchen, tiles, flooring and so much more.
You could also benefit from the Help to Buy scheme, available on all on new properties. This Government initiative requires as little as 5% deposit, making the cost of owning a new home much more affordable.
