Pickstock Homes Releases More New Homes in Shropshire

Pickstock Homes has released details of a brand new development in Whitchurch, Shropshire.

40 new homes will be built on 3.23 acres of land on Wrexham Road, one of the main routes into the town.

The development will consist of a mix of semi, terrace and detached properties of two, three and four bedrooms.

This is the second development of new homes in Shropshire that Pickstock Homes has released this month.

The new homes will be built in two phases, the phases are split with landscaping between the two resulting in both being low density developments, sympathetic to its surroundings and existing local dwellings.

The new homes are located in a fantastic location next to the rolling Shropshire hills. Pickstock Homes will shortly start construction on the first 21 homes. Demand will be high and reservations are now being taken to buy from plan, meaning home buyers can chose their own kitchens, tiles, wall colours and so much more.
