Pickstock Homes Becomes an Authorised Agent of Help To Buy Wales

Pickstock Homes has become an authorised agent of Help to Buy Wales, a shared equity scheme launched by the Welsh Government in January of this year.

Camilla Pickstock, Director of Pickstock Homes commented “We are delighted to gain authorisation to offer Help to Buy Wales as a large percentage of our residential developments are located in Wales. Last year Pickstock Homes secured authorisation to be an agent for Help to Buy in England, with this and the Wales scheme now secured Pickstock Homes offer a consistent service across all of our new homes.”

Help to Buy is a shared equity initiative to help first time buyers and existing home owners purchase a new-build home up to a value of £600,000 in England and £300,000 on new homes in Wales with as little as a 5% deposit.
